MMM is successful in distributing worldwide the cabinets with the new STANDARD controller since march 2008. As you know, the customer can enjoy the new full electronic safety thermostat, more option regarding connection of flexible PT100 and vacuum measurement as well as very exact service diagnostic menu. During last half year the factory engineers worked intensively on optimizing of the functionality and implemented for example more reliable time scanning, introduced more flexible and configurable audio-alarm and improved the diagnostics and service functions.
From January 2009 onwards there will also be launched the new fuzzy version with better configured alarm system for more stable long term operation with high level of process security, consisting from followed changes:
- extended safety range of continual compared values between the two sensors for 15°C during heating time.
Advantage: more stable heating period - watching over the maximal heating time (factory settings – deactivated)
Advantage : more safety for processes with full loaded chamber - self test of safety system will be announced by message after 3000 working hours and not start automatically during the user procedure.
Advantage: More user friendly long term operation
